The house is in Thousand Oaks.( see tittle) The zip code is the same for both The yard is in the shape of a U, the grass on the sides of the back was replace with brick and cement, the front yard also has a section of artificial grass. Practically it does not need any water. In the back there is a spa ( no heater nor jets) big enough for 4 to 6 people
