    Our home is a six-bedroom, three-bathroom home (3,328 square feet) that was built in 1994. The house sits on a corner lot that occupies two full lots. The backyard is entirely fenced in with concrete footers throughout the fenced area. A lean-to area in the side yard allows for the storage of a lawn mower and other miscellaneous items. The home has high-impact shingles, multiple decks, a two-car garage, an extra parking spot, a pantry, large closets, 24 trees, a circulating lazy river, a sprinkler system that spans the entirety of the property (eight zones), a walk-out basement, gutters, and has undergone a multitude of updates that include but are not limited to the following: Windows replaced in the home in 2012 (approximate date). Roof replaced in 2012 (approximate date) The basement received new flooring in the main areas in 2015 and in the bedrooms in 2020. All appliances were replaced in 2015, but the dishwasher was replaced in 2019, and the microwave was replaced in 2023. All ceiling fans were replaced in 2016.
