The main floor dining room has seating for 8 and another table with seating for 5 plus a granite top breakfast bar. The home contains 2 kitchens. Both kitchens are fully equipped. Step outside the main floor dining area or living room onto a spacious large roofed deck to relax while viewing spectacular fall colors. The porch overlooks the lake, backyard, beach, fire pit, and lots of beautiful scenery. The porch is equipped with a gas grill. You will be 15 minutes from the Point Sebago Golf course, many restaurants, and there is plenty of hiking. It is a 40 minute drive to Shawnee Peak and only a 30 minute drive to Portland. Tenant is responsible for payment of all utilities as well as rent. This is a no smoking house. One small dog will be permitted and a nonrefundable pet deposit of $500 will have to be paid. Additional pets must be with the consent of owner/landlord.
