The apartment is on the 1st floor with two bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom, and living room. It is for lease May 15(flexible) thru August 31st with an option to stay longer. It is an 8 minute walk to Amherst Center, so it's close to everything. Easily Walkable to UMass and Amherst College as well. The landlords have set up a great deal for tenants - $10 internet per person per month. We have had zero issues with the shared internet over the course of the year, and it's always fast speed. Going through comcast to get your own service at any other place would be substantially more expensive. The kitchen is fully applianced with a fridge, stove, oven, and microwave. Kitchen has plenty of cabinets space, and there is generally ample storage throughout with closets or shelving in both bedrooms as well. Outside there is plenty of space for a garden, and a nice shaded backyard with large trees and a picnic table. Outside your apartment you have sole use of a small porch area sit outside and read a book with your morning coffee. In addition, there is a covered bike rack outside. Option to rent it out for Sept 1st through next year. If you need an assurance you will be able to rent it out for Sept 1st you can arrange that with the landlord prior to moving in. They are willing to do a phone interview if that's easier for you. They will allow one cat, no dogs though. The apartment has oil heat - although you won't need that over the summer.
