(i.e. there are 2 full kitchens, utilities are separately metered etc.). Gas heat and stove downstairs; electric heat and stove upstairs. Big front porch for sipping coffee and chatting with neighbors, side porch, and big fenced backyard. Garage and storage shed aren't pretty but great for storage. Drywall needs replacing in the downstairs bathroom. A big snowstorm this winter blocked a chimney on the roof and when the snow melted it came down the chimney and to the bathroom. Has not happened again in the 6 months since despite heavy rain, but suggest placing a cover over the chimney to prevent reoccurence (our quote was for less than $1k). We knocked out a drywall division between the downstairs and upstairs unit to use it as a single family home. You will want to replace it to return the use to a duplex. Upstairs carpets need cleaning/replacing as they have been lived and loved on by 2 young kids with a penchant for spills.
