Gorgeous original pine floors throughout the apartment. Big windows throughout, lots of natural light. Two inoperable, original fireplaces add extra charm--one in the dining room, one in the living room.
Kitchen has newer gas range, and stainless microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Space for one or two tables and shelving units. There is plenty of space for a large table in the dining room.
The living room has a door and closet and can be used as a 3rd bedroom. The dining room is large and can be used as the living room.
