Apartment has a pretty good laid back vibe overall. Current tenants are into sports, entertainment, traveling, Netflix, etc, and looking for a new tenant of a similar background. Apartment comes with your own spacious room, huge living room, in unit washer and dryer that is only a year old, standard kitchen appliances, a parking spot and access to the Glenbrook Train station for easy transportation into NYC. Also, a pretty quick and inexpensive Uber ride to Bedford Street and Harbor Point. Landlord takes care of trash, yard maintenance, and plowing/shoveling of any snow. Room is ready to move in today! Tenants will be renewing the lease come August 1st, so the option to stay long term is available as well. Utilities no more than $100/month + landlord takes care of trash, recycling, yard maintenance and all plowing/shoveling when it snows. Lease is through July 31st, but will be renewed so the option to stay long term is available.
