All this is only a few minutes from downtown Boston by T or bike along bike path, both only two blocks from us. We are located one block from the 39 Bus to the medical area (about a ten minute ride) and about a six minue walk to the Green Steet subway stop on the Orange Line. The rent, $2200, is based on a one year lease. Utilities -- including heat, hot water, and electricity -- average $170 monthly.
