This apartment is part of a large older home that has been divided into two apartments. There is a large living room, bedroom and this unit has the center hall and is used for extra space for the small kitchen. There is currently a washer/dryer in the apartment (as is as it was left by former tenant so I won't be fixing if it breaks.) Other appliances that are included is stove and refrigerator. Owner pays for water and tenant is responsible for gas, electricity, internet and cable. there is a window air conditioner and it is heated by gas.
