If you've booked a short stay, please note that this property is stocked for mid-term stays, so we provide only starter toiletries. Bring your own toiletries when you come. Annual preventive maintenance checks may occur, and we will notify you in advance if access is needed. In case of emergency maintenance, if urgent repairs are required and we cannot reach you, we reserve the right to enter the unit. The main occupant must be listed on the reservation, and the reservation must reflect the accurate number of guests and pets. Mailbox access is available upon request and requires a refundable key deposit of $35.
