The cottage has tasteful decor and a nature lovers exterior overlooking a lushly forested 2 1/2 acres on a town designated "Scenic Road" populated with farms, horses, and periodically grazing cows. A true serene rustic escape with access to our Private BEACH only 5 minutes from the cottage, a bike ride away (with f/t Lifeguard). This is a unique home and not a typical rental. Sherman is a hidden gem: it includes and is surrounded by numerous hiking trails, community theaters, farm stands, wineries and an incredible outdoor flea market. if you enjoy hiking then we have a real treat for you- You just have to walk out the front door & walk 2 minutes down our road to find yourself at the entrance to the the Appalachian trail. The Landlord will provide lawn maintenance and bi-weekly housekeeping/cleaning. Great weekend and summer retreat in a vacation wonderland. Landlord requires: Rental Application.
