Property is one and half acres and subdevidable into rs 10,000 square feet zoning. I believe Laupahoehoe area is one of the best areas on the island. The area is sunny and warm year round. Not too hot and gets enough rain to keep everything green and growing. I like this area because when I travel I can come back home And every thing is still growing and healthy. This particulate area is secure and safe. No homeless hanging out. Small town feel with neighborhood watch. Police station just blocks away. Complete town with high school through grade 12 cute town complete with fun bar and live music. Great beach at the Laupahoehoe point. Clean and wholesome comunity. Papaloaha store has great food reasonably priced. I considered Laupahoehoe the best place to live after going around the island three times with various realtors over two year period. The price is firm I think a great deal. If I’m not able to sell on my own will be listed gor a lot more with emphasis on the subdivision. I personally think it’s a great place to live and will clean up easily.
