Driveway parking is available. AC is newly installed and works well. Pets are welcome for an additional fee. Non-smokers only. We are a family of 3 and have recently moved out to the country. We are looking for a tenant with integrity who enjoys the country and can be a good neighbor. Moving costs are First, Last and Security and we are looking for a tenant with strong credit history. Note: We are happy to remove any furniture that the tenant does not want. Renter is responsible for their own electric bill.
