There are 6 beds spread out between 3 bedrooms, with 2 bedrooms each having 1 king-size bed, and the third bedroom having 2 bunk beds that are twin over full size. For outdoor enthusiasts, play cornhole while cooking on our gas grill or fire pit, providing the perfect setting for al fresco dining and cozy evenings under the stars. There are a couple of exterior security cameras on the premises. Guests are not allowed to wander around the ranch and must stay within the yard boundaries of their dwelling as there are hunters, other properties, snakes, and rough terrain. Fireworks, the use of firearms, and/or weaponry onsite are prohibited. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. This is a dark sky community, so please be sure to shut off any lights when they are not in use. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. This property is on well water and with the extreme heat and current drought, the water pressure is low, so please be mindful of your water use and help us make efforts to conserve. It is best to shower one at a time as the water may not be able to sustain multiple locations all at once. This is a rural property out in the Texas Hill Country, where it's common to encounter wildlife such as birds, reptiles, deer, and other local fauna. Rural areas like ours may have limited or different services compared to urban settings, including cell phone and delivery services. Keep all windows and doors closed and feel free to use the bug spray underneath the sink. No smoking, pets, or parties are allowed on the premises inside or outside.
