    Great recreational or cattle ranch. The 1900 sq ft house is nice enough to be a full time residence, but would also be a great hunter's cabin. The floor plan is open with large living area with a fireplace. There are 3 large bedrooms and two baths. It is newer construction but fits the property perfectly. There are big elevation changes that offer panoramic views from the front porch. Three large tanks and a creek offer great water for livestock and game, a flock of mallard ducks flew off one of the ponds while we were out there. We also saw huge deer and a herd of pigs. The cover is mostly mesquite with scattered live oaks and elms. No oil production and quarter minerals available with good offer.
