Leaseholder agrees and acknowledges that this Lease is subordinate to any current, subsequent or future mortgage placed on and secured by the property that is the subject of this lease and Leaseholders authorizes Landlord or the property Owner to execute on behalf of Leaseholder any and all documents necessary to subordinate this Lease. 3. No Oral Agreements. This Lease contains the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the leasing of the Rental, and there are no oral agreements between the parties. Leaseholder acknowledges that Landlord has not made any oral promises or representations.
