The mobile home park lot rent is $430 a month. Your total monthly payment would be $855 per month. In addition, you would be responsible for your other utilities. At the end of the 6th year, you'll own the home free and clear. You won't need to apply for any loans from a bank. To qualify for this home, you'll need to have a minimum monthly verifiable income of $2,600. Unfortunately we are unable to accept anyone with evictions on their credit report.
