The mobile home park also charges $350 a month for the park lot rent. Your total monthly payment would be $645 per month. At the end of the 5th year, you'll own the home free an clear. You won't need to apply for any loans from a bank. To qualify for this home, you'll need to have a minimum monthly verifiable income of $1,600. Unfortunately I'm unable to accept anyone with evictions on their credit report. You will need around $1,400 to move into the home.
