Land,A little over 3 acres with Natural Spring fed stream running along the side of the property. Gorgeous mature Blueberry (fenced in and separated) bushes producing more plump juicy berries than any One family can consume in a year. 2 Apple trees Sweet Red and Sweet Green producing Bushels of Apples. Spring cistern is dug in hillside about 150 yrs back, tank serves as a reservoir and a water line brings it to the garden behind the house. Drilled well has some iron. Bathroom on first floor also plumbed for washer and dryer but not installed as we use the basement laundry room. Living room is about 21x 13 or so but seems big as it is open to the kitchen/dining.
