We are quiet, so you'll also enjoy Peace and Quiet. We work. We're up at 5am. We're in bed by 11. The Neighborhood Supermarket and Laundry/Dry Cleaning on corner (yes on the corner of the block) Bank, pharmacies, gyms, daycare, schools, hardware 2-4 blocks away. R train at the 45th Street Station (three blocks away) R, N and D at the 36th Street Station Takes 20 mins to get into the city in rush hour. Tons of buses all around you. Chinatown 4 Avenues up.
