home is very dated to the 40's no modern amenities. The plumbing needs updated no water in the house broken pipes. The windows are original 1940 windows. No heat in the house, was being updated and couldn't pay to finish so the boiler was reposed. Fireplace is non working. Out buildings are in need of repair and paint the house also needs paint and repair. Neighborhood Description The apartments are very noise with people coming and going.
