The home is energy efficient which includes exterior sun screens, mini blinds LED lights. fans in each room and a whole house exhaust system for energy conservation which may be used seasonally to bring cool outside air into the home in lieu of running the Air Condition system. All appliances are provided including washer, dryer & refrigerator. This was a family home so it's well maintained. We live in the same complex so we can attend to any issues quickly.
