Monitoring service can be discontinued by Renter once lease is in place. Property is comprised of 1987 House salvaged from neglect: 3-bedroom, 1 full bath, one story home on 1.5 acre, and has Central air heating and cooling. Vinyl planks floors throughout, laundry room. Metal roof. Home is livable in, with central air, new water heater heat pump, new floors, but dated bathroom, windows etc. Large front porch, large back deck. The property might require additional cleaning and fixing, depending on taste and circumstances. We do not pay for this additional cleaning and fixing. We manage a few properties in an extremely basic way, and prefer a long term rent. The house is dated. The house does come with used; Fridge, Stove, Washer & Dryer. All appliances that are supplied are courtesy items. There is no warranty of any kind on appliances supplied. All appliances supplied are working at the moment. If you break them down, you are not in any way held liable or responsible, but there will be no replacement, unless you arrange to do it at your own expense. All appliances supplied have been checked and are fully working and functioning as intended. There may be need for some: wall painting, landscaping, cleaning or deep cleaning depending on prospective residents tastes and circumstances. We do not do those, and they are up to tenants. This is basic rental and what you see at viewing is what you get. There is no warranty of any kind. Due to large number of phone calls initial inquiry only by Zillow messages with your contact details, number of tenants, names, address, and approximate age of adult tenants before setting viewing appointment. This is because the property is so called "smart" house and can be unlocked and locked over internet, therefore you do the viewing alone, by yourself, as we don't go out to appointments. Once at the property you'll need to present ID to the camera so the monitoring service can let the right person in by unlocking google nest smart lock over internet. Renter is responsible for all utilities (Electricity, Gas, Water/Garbage pickup). Landscaping is not provided and not required. There is thick layer of loblolly pine between road and the house. There is thick layer of young, (10 feet high), loblolly pine between road and the house and on the sides of the access driveway. The Landlord doesn't want those trees trimmed, removed or cleared in any way shape or form. 2 year of a good rental history is required If you have any past history where you have left owing the rent, or any evictions, or any history of disrespect for property, the application would not be approved. We use an outside rental referencing agency and have no insight into, or any influence on the outcome. Landlord history & Employment history is verified in person and on location. This is a basic rental of sturdy property, with no frills of any kind attached, with discount price of $1,050 a month, in a decent neighborhood, and is appropriate for a person who likes to be left alone & get along, and work with landlord, and not against one, and appreciates a good deal when he founds one, but it might not be suitable for everyone, especially for persons who require full service property. This property is not one of those.
