A mountain cabin with owners own driveway off the county road.This five acres more or less has a small pond which would be good for an animal. There is a storm shelter to be safe in during bad weather. Owner says the water well is approx 297 ft although the condition is unknown. He has rural water to his house.The storage building is approx 16 X 28. The appliances all stay with the cabin also he is leaving the wood heater. The Cabin is total electric with the exception of a wood heater and a gas heater for back up if the electricity goes off. The window unit is a combination air/heat. This location is not far from Wister Lake and Cedar Lake for camping, fishing, hiking, boating, horseback riding and other activities. Being off State Highway 271 this cabin is near the entrance of Talimena Scenic Drive which is a National Scenic Byway in Southern Okla.
