Lol All utilities are paid in rent. More than enough street parking few blocks away from North Concord Bart and a skip from downtown Concord. Freeway access to the 4 and 242. Landlord is chill and 'down to earth' but is about his business. Looking for some one who is chill clean up after themselves and pays rent on time.
