The dining room seats 4 people and connects to an eat-in kitchen area. Enjoy morning coffee on the porch! The kitchen is stocked with all appliances, cookware, and more. On the second floor there's a queen bed and a full bed. Ceiling fans in each bedroom. AC units set up during the summer. One of the bedrooms has built-in bookshelves. Head up the back staircase to the third floor. There is a private bedroom with a full bed, a full bathroom with a shower/claw-foot tub, and a "suite area" with 1 full bed and 1 twin. There a total of 5 beds (1 queen, 3 fulls, and 1 twin) in this rental. WiFi is shared with first floor tenants, but you should have no issue connecting. Washer and dryer (non coin operated) is located in the basement. Length of stay is negotiable. Security deposit amount are based on length of stay.
