We were also impressed with all the STORAGE space in our home! Several closets have extended storage and we have pull down stairs to the attic. Another thing we love about our home is that our homeowners ensures that the outside is well cared for by landscapers during the summer and the snow is removed during the winter. We also love the neighborhood pool and designated parking spot right in front of our house. UPDATES We have updated all the bathrooms since we lived here and put in new flooring in almost every room. We have painted the whole house twice in the 19 years we have lived there. The heat pump was replaced in 2013 and the water heater was replaced in 2011. There is a new storm door at the front of the house. Our utility costs are between $85 and $150 dollars during the summer months.
