This home is furnished but if you have all of your furniture and other items you are more than welcome to bring them and we will remove everything from the apartment. If you do rent the apartment you will be set up on an automatic rent payment for the duration of the lease. This apartment can be rented for more than one year. There is a flat $200 per month utility fee for all utilities including gas, power, water, TV, Sewer and Garbage.
