A pleasant 15 minute drive down Lee Hill Road leads you to the shops, tap rooms, and excellent restaurants of North Boulder. Four miles more and you?re in the heart of Boulder including Pearl Street. You're a one hour drive from Denver or Estes Park--the gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park. Sorry, but smokers are not welcome. Smoking is forbidden anywhere on the property due to the risk of fire. For the same reason, camp fires are prohibited. Available starting October 2016 and Furnished.
