The house has had a permanent paint applied which wicks heat away from the house in 2006. The roof was replaced in 2006. All doors and windows were changed to high impact/heat resistant glass except the front entryway in 2006. The upstairs bathroom, half bath, and laundry room were renovated in 2014.
