This luxury townhome is situated in the very popular four seasons Wolf Creek Resort, known for several popular outdoor activities! In the winter, you can enjoy some of the world's best skiing and riding at Powder MTN (the largest resort by skiable acres in North America) just a couple miles up the street. Enjoy a family friendly experience at the smaller Nordic Valley, where kids under 13 years old ski and ride for free! Or lastly, take the tram to the top of Snowbasin (Ski Magazine's #2 rated resort,) and test your skills on one of the only top to bottom Olympic downhill courses open to the public just 20 minutes away. Snowbasin will be host to the 2034 winter Olympics! These three resorts receive hundreds of inches of the lightest powder on earth! Other popular winter activities include, sleigh rides, snowmobiling, fat biking on beautifully groomed trails, ice fishing on Pineview Reservoir, snow shoeing and more. Summertime is equally fun for the outdoor enthusiast! Enjoy playing at the championship golf course at Wolf Creek, or check out the water activities at the beautiful Pineview Reservoir! The reservoir boasts incredible fishing, especially for Tiger Musky, and it held the world record for the largest caught Tiger Musky, until recently. (over 50" and 40lbs!) Equally popular fish include large/small mouth bass, trout, crappie, bluegill, catfish, green sunfish and more. Boating on the reservoir is popular and provides opportunities to wake skate/surf board, tube, waterski or just hang out with friends. Additional activities include jet skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking, or just floating on the water to unwind. Spend the day on one fo the several public beaches to lay in the sun, or play in the sand . Don't forget about cycling and hiking, from spring through fall! You can mountain bike, or hike on the trails at the resorts, or the National Park trails which have well marked trailheads. The resort trails can be accessed by the ski lifts. North Fork Park is famous for camping, hiking and biking with varied terrain, from beginner to advanced. Gravel riding is also popular, and there is a fantastic multi-use trail which stretches around most of town. It can be accessed right out the front door; ideal for families. Motorized vehicles, like side-by-sides are a fun way to explore in-town and off-road. Rentals for all the aforementioned vehicles can be found at Club Rec, right across the road.
