During your stay as our guest, you receive free access to The Metropolitan, a chic members-only club located on the 66th and 67th floors of the Willis Tower. They have co-working space with gorgeous views overlooking Chicago, a bar with food and drinks all day, and a top-notch dining experience at The Craftsman restaurant. Countless trendy dining options, bars, and shops are just steps away, as well as the Southport Brown Line 'L' station, which links you directly to O'Hare. Excellent public transit directions from the apartment to any point in the city are available via web search. The apartment is a short walk from the Southport "L" train station. Check-in begins at 4 p.m. on your check-in date, and check-out ends at 11 a.m. on your check-out date. There is no smoking of any kind in the unit, and your reservation will be automatically and immediately canceled if there is any smoking reported. There will also be an automatic $500 cleaning fee if there is any smoke smell inside of the unit. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. There is an automatic $100 late check-out charge if you're still in the property 20 minutes after check-out. If you leave any belongings behind, we must charge a $35 admin fee to return lost items, and shipping costs are an additional charge should they need to be shipped to you. USPS mail deliveries are not allowed during your stay.
