You will also have full use of the bathroom with double sink vanity (shared with 1 other female), laundry room and kitchenette on that level. There is a large parking area behind the house. We are in Capo Beach which is part of Dana Point (just south of Laguna) right next to San Clemente. The house is on a bluff just above PCH. It is a short walk or bike ride to the San Clemente Pier or Doheny Beach/Harbor. We are also within 15-40 minutes to the following areas: Laguna, San Juan Capistrano, Oceanside, Anaheim, Irvine, Mission Viejo, Newport, Carlsbad, and Corona Del Mar. This space is being offered to one SINGLE person who is a NON-SMOKER with NO PETS. Cable, Wi-Fi. and utilities are all included. Lease terms are flexible. 3 month minimum.
