A quiet, peacful home located in close proximity to the San Francisco peaks, local trails, and Flagstaff Medical Center. Our home has an open concept living room and kitchen with large windows that let in a lot of natural light. There is also a large backyard with a deck, patio furniture, and turf where you will be able to catch great views of Mount Elden and the San Francisco peaks. You will have access to 2 bedrooms and full bathroom, as well as a spacious fenced backyard. Feel free to also use the locked storage outside to store any outdoor gear (bikes, skiis, etc.) Renter is responsibile for water, gas, and electric. Owner will cover internet. No smoking allowed on premises. Rent is due on the first of the month. A $50 dollar daily fee will be added for each day rent is late. Up to 2 dogs and 1 cat allowed. Our home is a 100% smoke free home and no smoking is allowed inside our home by guests. If we find that the smoking policy is violated your deposit will not be returned because we will have to pay for professional carpet cleaning and a professional cleaner to DEEP CLEAN the entire house.
