    The Jamerman ranch is a long time family owned ranch located approximately five miles north of Jeffery City Wyoming, with two parcels of deeded land separated by both BLM and a smaller state section on the north bank of the Sweetwater river. The area of deeded ground is mostly in the flatter ground which works well as grazing land with access to water in many smaller springs, a livestock well and access to the Sweetwater river. Land The property is 1282 acres of deeded land split into two separate parcels the east and west of BLM land, with the easterly parcel including access to the Sweetwater river. The western parcel includes the main ranch house, calving barn and other out buildings/corals. The main ranch sits on the edge of a natural lake that is on the deeded land therefore is a fully privately accessed lake. The land on both sides have several areas of excellent range land with significant amounts of grass for grazing livestock. The owners have two BLM leases providing 633 AUM's on the larger one and 113 AUM's on the smaller one. Improvements The home on the property is a single level ranch set on a daylight basement with 1872 square feet of floor space, two bathrooms, four bedrooms and two separate kitchens in both levels. The main calving barn is 2000 square feet in size, set with several corals and other outbuildings close by. Recreation The property is home to significant numbers of both Deer and Antelope, along with the occasional Moose or Elk having been seen on the ranch. The current owners have received land owner tags for area 97 Deer and area 68 Antelope, and the ranch is also the host for Fremont County walk-in area's 13 and 14. The walk in area's are also open for area 128 Elk tags as well during the season. It isn't uncommon to see Coyotes, Fox, Lions and other wildlife on the ranch too. Agriculture The largest portion of the ranch is classified as range land, and a small portion is allocated water rights for irrigation along the Sweetwater river area. The numerous area's along both portions have numerous springs and the area just north of the house and barn, according to the owners has always sub irrigated itself providing a much appreciated source of green grass to graze close by the house.
