We are 1 mile from the Bowie Town Center (Macy's, Best Buy, Barnes & Nobles, Bath and Body Works, Salons and many more!). Near to Rt. 301 (Crain Highway) and Rt. 50. By car it is 15 minutes to Annapolis, 25 minutes to downtown Washington, DC and 10 minutes to the New Carrollton metro station of the Blue line. 1 mile from us, there is a ride-on express bus that goes to the metro. The house is also part of a Home Owners Association which gives free access to a pool and community center nearby where you can book it for parties and gatherings. Utilities not included. Owner pays HOA fees. The minimum credit score requirement is 630 or non-resident co-signer(s) must have a credit score of 700 or above. Total income should be at least three times the monthly rent.
