Acceptable types of pets include dogs, cats, birds, small caged mammals, and fish. Livestock, farm animals, and poisonous, venomous, dangerous, or exotic animals are prohibited. Pet Administration Fee: $150 one time fee Utilities: Resident pays for all utilities including trash, sewer, and water (Where applicable) By renting with us, Tenants must agree to a monthly charge of $55.00 for a monthly tenant benefit package that includes renter's insurance and other benefits. The security deposit varies based upon credit criteria; however standard security deposit equals one month's rent. Approved Applicants are required to execute a Lease Agreement and submit the full security deposit within 48 hours after approval of the Lease.
