And getting on here means you will have a seat in either direction that you can offer the pregnant or elderly further down the line. The bus route just outside ( Belmont 77 ) is one of the few 24 hours buses left in the city and takes you east to the Lincoln park zoo and lakefront, and west to Cumberland. The north south bus at Kimball is also 24 hours. Central Forced Air Heating and air conditioning systems are independently controlled in each unit. We improve our building and units based on feedback, currently updating water heaters and furnaces to tank-less to make room for in unit laundry.. for units willing to pay additional rent for in unit laundry. Each unit currently has their own water heater so you do not have to worry about the morning hot water availability which can be an issue in buildings where a single water heater feeds multiple units. NO DOGS barking or cats causing allergens, as my family and I are alergic to furry creatures , especially cats and mice. 2 bedrooms that can accommodate queen sized beds, one of which can do a California King sized bed or queen with three IKEA dressers , and a walk in closet. Stainless steel appliances, garbage disposal and dishwasher. Units were all gutted and redone a few years ago. Walk in sized closets. Allot of kitchen cabinet space. Hardwood floors throughout. Small owner occupied building ( sidewalks get shoveled and salted ). Tenants treat others as they wish to be treated. Shared patio space with grill table and patio furniture. All electrical and plumbing in the building has been updated so great water pressure and no issues with dimming lights or surges. 25 kilometers of CAT 5E Networking ports through out the building, cable TV and telephone / DSL ports in every room so no need to staple wires onto moldings. Walk to sleeping village late bar, central park bar, Logan Square, Walgreen's, Aldi, Jewel, Joong Boo Market, Target, Revolution Brewery, Restaurants, Five Below, Olive Garden, Portillos, Taco bell, Burger King, Baskin Robins, McDonald's. Avondale park has a pool as well as indoor basketball court. Garage Spot is available. I have lived here all my life and pretty much know all the neighbors. average age 30-45 PROBLEM FREE APARTMENT LIFE. If you would like I can arrange a time so that you will also be able to view some of my neighbors units as well at the same time as mine. I am the neighborhood handyman and my yelp reviews could give you an insight as to my level of service. Our sporadic building BBQs are saturated with technical conversations. tenant responsible for gas and electric, Owner pays for reasonable water trash and sewer $75 dollars for every additional tenant after the first. No furry pets please , daughters and I are allergic. we need 700 or better Equifax Fico credit scores 800 dollar move in fee Leases have to end in April and the option to resign is presented if everyone is comfortable. We want to look for tenants in the spring, Not late summer through winter.... garages spaces are an extra 150 a month
