The old Add that may have additional information usefull to you so here it follows: STEPS away from the Belmont blue line, takes me 2 minutes to walk from the door to the, warm in winter / cool in summer underground platform. Perfect for someone one that needs to commute to downtown or to/out of OHARE airport as the Belmont blue line is exactly halfway between the two and takes less then a half hour in either direction, any time of day, by one CTA L. And getting on here means you will have a seat in either direction that you can offer the pregnant or elderly further down the line. The bus route just outside ( Belmont 77 ) is one of the few 24 hours buses left in the city and takes you east to the Lincoln park zoo and lakefront, and west to Cumberland. The north south bus at Kimball is also 24 hours.

We improve our building and units based on feedback, currently updating water heaters and furnaces to tank-less to make room for in unit laundry.. for units willing to pay additional rent for in unit laundry. Each unit currently has their own water heater so you do not have to worry about the morning hot water availability which can be an issue in buildings where a single water heater feeds multiple units. NO DOGS barking or cats causing allergens, as my family and I are alergic to furry creatures , especially cats and mice.
2 bedrooms that can accommodate queen sized beds, one of which can do a California King sized bed or queen with three IKEA dressers , and a walk in closet. Stainless steel appliances, garbage disposal and dishwasher. Units were all gutted and redone a few years ago. Walk in sized closets. Allot of kitchen cabinet space. Hardwood floors throughout.

PROBLEM FREE APARTMENT LIFE. If you would like I can arrange a time so that you will also be able to view some of my neighbors units as well at the same time as mine. I am the neighborhood handyman and my yelp reviews could give you an insight as to my level of service. Our sporadic building BBQs are saturated with technical conversations.
