Walkable to stores and restaurants, Roseway is a very desirable, safe area. This is the perfect home for one person or a couple. Must have verifiable income and pass a background check ($50 per person). Two year lease, possible extension TBD. First months rent and $3000 deposit required at move in. A small dog may be considered, no cats. This is a no vaping, no smoking of any kind home. Small dogs possibly considered. The deposit is not the last months rent. Tenants pay all utilities except for garbage. Home is wired for a Dish. No businesses with or without traffic allowed from home. Renters insurance is a requirement.
