The location literally can't be beat, with the apartment a four-minute walk from Wrigley Field, the bustling Southport shopping corridor, and both the red line and brown line subway stations. It's also a walk to all of the 'Boystown' nightlife. A few local highlights include Wrigley Field & Wrigleyville, the Southport Corridor, the Music Box Theater, and the Metro Theatre. Boystown is a 13-minute walk or 5 minutes via public transit, and the Lakefront Trail & Belmont Harbor is 8 minutes via public transit or driving. The Lincoln Park Zoo is 20 minutes via public transit or a 12-minute drive, and downtown is 20 minutes via public transit or a 16-minute drive. The Southport 'L' train stop (Brown line) is an 8-minute walk, and the Addison 'L' train stop (Red/Brown lines) is a 7-minute walk. You may also occasionally hear some noise from neighbors or passersby. There is no smoking of any kind in the apartment, and there will be an automatic $500 cleaning fee if there is any smoke smell inside. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. There is an automatic $100 late check-out charge if you're still in the property 20 minutes after check-out. USPS mail deliveries are not allowed during your stay. There is a $45 fee if you lock yourself out or lose your key.
