Built in august 2017. This is a 3 bedroom 1 and half bath. Both bathrooms have double sinks with granite counters. Master bedroom has a large walk in closet. This home has a brick wall and a 2 car garage. Back yard is gravel, also has RV gates. Renter must supply refrigerator as well as washer and dryer. All other appliances are stainless including a dishwasher! I am 100% looking for ONLY long term rentals. I am willing to work on the monthly rent. I feel like I am asking a VERY reasonable rent compared to the 1,500-1,900 per month for the same thing. BUT I would prefer LONG term over $. If you thinks this is a home you would like to live in, please contact me and we can meet and discuss rent, deposits etc. it's centrally located, a couple blocks from wal-mart and hospital. I look forward to hear from you! Renter is responsible for water/trash, electricity and keeping the yard maintained (weeds etc.). I expect a renter to maintain this home as if you own it. Change the air filters once a month. (For the central air and heat) etc. basic things we must do when living in a home. I am not requiring a lot. I just want a tenant to treat as there own! And someone who plans on staying for years not a year or two. Again I am seriously looking for a long term Renter.
