This apartment building is occupied by the owner and his family, what this means is the snow is shoveled because he wants to make sure a path for his wife and kids is available. The grill always has gas in it because if its a good day to grill a burger you do not want to waste it looking for propane (spare tank is in the garage). Our apartment building is not without its imperfections but then the newest construction buildings have their issues as well, and we have features that make us better....what we have done is stripped the inside units down to the bricks, insulated the walls, installed new plumbing, electrical, and everything else but the bricks... and now we have an outlet on at least every wall, water pressure and temperatures that do not change while taking a shower. no dimming lights... its a different world.
