This home has 2 legal bedrooms but the second one is very small. The mobile home has an addition built on grade, but it should be removed; it has no legal bedrooms and it is in terrible shape. The floors have been redone and the trailer has been re-paneled, except for the small bedroom; the molding just needs to be put in. This house needs some plumbing attention in the bathroom, and probably needs a new drain field. Have had no problems with the pump and well. It also needs a couple of external windows and doors replaced.
