He's super sweet! (5 year-old Aussie)*We have the common area furnished (dishes and all!), so you'll just need to have bedroom furniture and bathroom things!*The pool and volleyball court are just down the street, along with the mailbox! *Parking is either in front of the house or in the garage. Parking is always available!*TAMU bus stop down the street at The Cottages (we park by the bus stop)-If you smoke we don't have an issue with it, but only smoke outside please :) per the owner's requestContact me and you can come look at the house pretty much anytime :)Owner pays for lawn care, basic cable, and internet.Tenants only pay water, electric, and sewer/trash.
