This is a cute Cottage that is in between 2 new construction homes. This is a fantastic part of town. It is 3 blocks from Multnomah Village, it has a spacious back yard, back deck and a small shed. My previous tenants were here for 5 years but they outgrew the home. The home has been thoroughly cleaned, but the walls do need some painting...I will cover the costs of the painting if the new tenant wants to choose the colors they want. I am a private owner who lives out of town, i'm looking for a self sufficient tenant who has references. The property is available to move in now. Owner pays Garbage Bill and occasional lawn maintenance. 1 year lease minimum.
