Room for Rent - Mini Master Bedroom - $1300 - 100 sq.ft. Located on third floor. The room has great lighting, double sliding closet doors, carpet, and your own bathroom within the room, just like the main master. Deposit is $900 due at 1 year lease signing + first month rent. We're located in a gated townhouse community in the Point Loma area called At the Bay near Midway/Rosecrans. There's a clubhouse, gated pool and hot tub, and bbq area. Two car garage, central air/heat. Cable/internet (Google Fiber Webpass 1gig internet) runs about $30 per person per month, gas/electric is around $50-$70 per person per month, water bi/monthly ranging $40- $80 a month. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed and credit score must be 700+ per our landlords's credit company. We have three levels in the townhouse: Level 1 is the ground floor that has the garage, laundry room, detached bedroom / bathroom, and front door. Level 2 is the main floor with the kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances, living area, fireplace, balcony, and detached bedroom / bathroom (for communal guest use/office space/storage). Level 3 has the Master Bedroom and Mini Master Bedroom. The two car garage is currently occupied with 1 vehicles for parking but it is also used for additional storage space. There is one spot open for parking with street parking available. Looking for people who are friendly, normal, clean, responsible, fun and has had experience living with a roommate(s) in the past.
