Rent is in total $3000 per month, with all amenities included. This is the total that is made up of the amount of tenants that are paying. So if there are 2 tenants, each will pay $1500. If there are 3, $1000. And if there are 4, $750. All rent is sent to first tenant (me) and rent is compiled and paid to owner and the owner pays for the amenities. There is no smoking in the house, but there is an accessible patio from the kitchen. Pets are allowed but all pet related items (letterbox, toys, grooming, etc.) must stay in pet owner's room. There's monthly maintenance of the lawn. There is currently no access to the garage due to it being filled, but hoping to eventually get it emptied so it can be used, so for now parking is outside the garage or along the street.
