Our home sits on 4 acres and we often feel we are in the mountains, yet in less than 20 minutes we can drive to downtown Columbia. When designing our home we worked to brush cut and clear over 2 acres leaving our home site accessible yet secluded. We have rabbits, turkeys, and deer roaming the property on a daily basis. Our backyard is fenced and we have installed a 10x20 welded wire dog kennel with artificial Pet Turf. A 42x78 Island is the centerpiece of the kitchen (electrical outlets installed). Frigidaire Gallery appliances with a gas range are featured. The Living room has a stone gas fireplace with blower and custom bookshelves with under cabinet storage on both sides. The Master Bathroom has a 22" Oasis tub with separate shower and double sinks with custom cabinets. The attic runs the length of the home and is floored for ample storage.
