Garbage must fit into container provided, (not on the ground). Do not leave big items, i.e., mattress, T.V. furniture etc. 11. Utilities must be properly connected, (this includes sewer) " to foot minimum and properly fitting connection. 12. Guests are limited to 10 consecutive days and/or 30 days total per calendar year. 13. Holiday decorating is encouraged but must be cleaned up after season and not interfere with neighbors. 14.
