Garbage must fit into container provided, (not on the ground). Do not leave big items, i.e., mattress, T.V. furniture etc. 11. Utilities must be properly connected, (this includes sewer) " to foot minimum and properly fitting connection. 12. Guests are limited to 10 consecutive days and/or 30 days total per calendar year. 13. Holiday decorating is encouraged but must be cleaned up after season and not interfere with neighbors. 14. No fireworks are allowed. 15. No business or soliciting, daycare, garage sale etc. 16. Parents will be responsible for their children. 17. Tenant is responsible for their family members and guests. 18. No Subletting! If you sell your unit, new owners must be qualified by management.
